2008 Fall Author Series:

Jean Hebert, Chippewa Falls author of Beyond the Open Well will be at the library for a book signing and discussion on Tues. Sept. 23rd at 6:30 p.m.

Peter Roller, Fall Creek author of The Legacy of the Crook'd Staff: an Irish-American family's discovery will discuss his new book on Tues. Oct. 21st at 6:30 p.m.

Michael Perry, Fall Creek author of Truck: a love story and many other books will be here on Tuesday, Nov. 18th at 6:30pm. Pre-registration is required for this event. Please call the library at 877-3334 or stop by to pre-register.

Refreshments will be served. All events are free.

Fall 2008 Food for Fines

GOOD NEWS! The Fall Creek Public Library has teamed up with the Altoona Public Library for our Fall 2008 FOOD FOR FINES campaign. Nov. 1-15, 2008 we will waive fines for both Fall Creek Public Library and Altoona Public Library items when you donate food for the Augusta Food Bank. Thank you again for your support of the library and the food bank!

Searching the Internet for Beginners will be held at the library on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m. Please pre-register for this class. Space is limited.
